St. Petersburg STR Cleaning cleans short-term rentals in Tierra Verde, 3.2 miles from the shop — a shorter drive than neighboring St. Pete Beach, which can make a last-minute or same-day turn easier to fit in. The checklist is the same full reset used everywhere in the coverage area: beds, bathroom, kitchen, trash, and a damage check before the next guest arrives.
Tierra Verde is a shorter drive from the shop than the beach towns to its north, which matters most when a booking changes at the last minute. A guest who checks out a day early or extends a stay by one night turns into a same-day scramble; a shorter drive leaves a little more slack to make it work, though availability still has to be confirmed.
Can a last-minute change in Tierra Verde still get covered?
Short-term rentals don't run on a fixed schedule — a guest leaves early, a booking shifts, and a same-day gap opens up with a few hours' notice instead of a full day's. Being 3.2 miles from the shop can help keep that kind of change workable, but it is confirmed per job, not assumed.
St. Pete Beach sits 2.5 miles away and Pinellas Point a little further at 4.3 — both inside the same general coverage footprint, for context on where Tierra Verde falls on the map.
What's included when the clean happens on short notice?
Nothing gets skipped just because the notice was short — beds stripped and remade, bathroom and kitchen reset, trash out, and the same walk-through for damage or missing items that every turnover gets. The only thing that changes with a tighter window is how early the crew needs the checkout time confirmed, not what's on the list.
How far is Tierra Verde from the shop?
Tierra Verde sits 3.2 miles from the shop, a shorter drive than St. Pete Beach or Treasure Island. That can make a same-day change easier to slot in than in areas farther out.
Can you handle a turn added the same day a guest leaves early?
Sometimes, if a crew is available that day — the shorter drive helps. Call as soon as the change is known — the earlier the heads-up, the more likely the same-day slot holds.
Do you have reviews specifically from Tierra Verde hosts?
St. Petersburg STR Cleaning holds a 5-star rating from 42 reviews across the full coverage area, not broken out by neighborhood — a Tierra Verde host's review sits in the same pool as every other stop on the list.
