St. Petersburg STR Cleaning cleans short-term rental turnovers in Redington Shores, about 12.3 miles from the shop — the longest drive among the 14 areas it covers in the St. Petersburg market. Because of that distance, turnovers here are booked to the listing's checkout time well ahead of the stay, not slotted in as a same-day add-on.
Redington Shores is the farthest of the 14 areas St. Petersburg STR Cleaning covers from the shop — 12.3 miles each way. The distance doesn't change what a turnover involves, but it does change when it has to go on the calendar: a same-day request that's easy to absorb for a listing a few minutes from 6300 31st St S isn't realistic for one this far out, so Redington Shores turnovers get the checkout time locked in ahead of the booking instead of worked in reactively.
The nearest other covered areas are Treasure Island, 5.4 miles away, and Kenneth City, 6.7. Even so, each is booked and run on its own — a Redington Shores turnover isn't scheduled around what else happens to be on the calendar that day in either one.
How much advance notice does a Redington Shores turnover need?
Hosts who set their checkout and check-in times in the booking platform and share them ahead of the stay get the most reliable coverage out here. A turnaround request that lands the morning of checkout, for a listing this far from the shop, may have to wait for the next open slot rather than being squeezed into the same day.
What happens if the guest's checkout time changes?
A shift of an hour or two is usually fine as long as it's flagged before the day of the clean. A change discovered after the crew is already en route from 6300 31st St S is a bigger problem for Redington Shores than for an area a few minutes away, simply because there's more drive time to lose if the new time doesn't work.
How far is Redington Shores from the shop?
12.3 miles — the longest drive of the 14 areas St. Petersburg STR Cleaning covers. It's worth building that into the booking rather than assuming a same-day opening.
Can you still do a same-day turnover in Redington Shores?
Sometimes, but it isn't the default the way it might be for a listing nearer the shop. Call ahead and check the day's schedule rather than assuming a slot is open.
Do you cover the areas near Redington Shores too?
Yes — Treasure Island (5.4 miles away) and Kenneth City (6.7 miles) are both covered, but separately. A Redington Shores booking isn't scheduled around either one.
