St. Petersburg STR Cleaning turns over short-term rentals in Historic Old Northeast, a pocket about a mile from Snell Isle and 1.3 miles from Downtown St. Petersburg. When a crew is already booked in that stretch, a same-day turnaround between a guest's checkout and the next arrival may not need a separate trip across town.
Old Northeast sits between two other neighborhoods already on this site's schedule — Snell Isle about a mile away, Downtown about 1.3 miles away. A host who lists more than one property across that stretch can ask for same-day cleanings to be sequenced back to back instead of booked as separate trips.
That matters most on a changeover day, when a host is running checkout and check-in on the same listing within hours of each other across more than one property. Being able to slot an Old Northeast clean in alongside work already scheduled a mile away in Snell Isle or Downtown can help keep that kind of day on track, when the schedule allows.
What if a host also manages a listing in Snell Isle or Downtown?
Both are close enough to Old Northeast that a multi-property host's cleanings across all three can often be planned as one pass instead of unrelated trips — ask when you book.
Short distances only help when the timing lines up, so send the checkout and check-in times for every listing together rather than one at a time.

Is the crew close enough to cover Old Northeast the same day?
The shop sits 6.0 miles from Old Northeast, and Snell Isle and Downtown are both within a mile and a half. Whether a same-day request fits depends on what is already booked that day, so it is confirmed per job rather than assumed.
Do you clean Old Northeast listings the same day a guest checks out?
When the request comes in early enough and a crew is available. Send the checkout and next check-in times as soon as you have them.
Is Old Northeast covered if my other listing is in Snell Isle or Downtown?
Yes — all three are within roughly a mile and a half of each other, so cleanings across several listings in this stretch can be planned together — confirm the timing when you book.
