St. Petersburg STR Cleaning holds a 5-star rating from 42 Google reviews and cleans short-term rental turnovers in Kenneth City, about 7.7 miles from the shop. In a small market where a host may not recognize the name, that review count is the fastest way to check the work before handing over a turnover no one on-site will supervise.
Kenneth City is small enough that most hosts here are choosing a cleaner they've never used before, so the question isn't brand recognition — it's the review count. St. Petersburg STR Cleaning has 42 Google reviews and a 5-star average, which is the number worth checking before handing over a key code for a turnover nobody on-site will supervise. That's the same calculation whether the listing is the first one a host has run or the fifth — the reviews are the main track record available before the work starts.
The shop is 7.7 miles away; Lealman is the closer of the two nearest covered areas at 2.3 miles, Historic Kenwood a bit further at 4.1.
Why does a review count matter more for a small-area turnover?
A host managing a listing from somewhere else isn't in the unit to watch the clean happen — the work either matches the photos when the next guest arrives or it doesn't. The 42 reviews behind the 5-star average are worth reading for ones from hosts in exactly that position: booking a turnaround sight-unseen and judging the result after the fact, which is a different kind of review than a one-time home clean collects.
Does being near Lealman and Historic Kenwood change anything?
Not for how the job gets booked. Each area is scheduled on its own calendar, so a Kenneth City turnover doesn't wait on whatever's happening 2.3 miles away in Lealman or 4.1 in Historic Kenwood that same day.
What's the fastest way to check the work before booking?
Read a handful of the 42 reviews that mention a turnover specifically, not just a one-time clean — a host managing remotely cares more about consistency across repeat visits than a single good day.
How many reviews does St. Petersburg STR Cleaning have?
42 on Google, averaging 5 stars. For a Kenneth City host who hasn't worked with a cleaner before, that's the quickest way to gauge the work.
